Africa loving philantrophist and megastar Angelina Jolie will no longer be the brand ambassador for St. John after three years as the face of St. John. St. John Chief Executive Officer Glenn McMahon explained Jolie’s powerful personal brand, “overshadowed the (company’s) brand,” in an interview with Women’s Wear Daily. “We wanted to make a clean break from actresses and steer away from blondes and cleanse the palette,” said McMahon. Jolie has been replaced by red haired model Karen Elson.
