Audi Joburg Fashion Week A/W 2010 -Carducci Woman
Simplicity was the name of the game for Carducci’s Audi Joburg Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2010 collection. Pinstripe suits, jackets, pants and skirts were kept very functional, very simple and safe, almost too safe at times. Carducci managed to spice up what would have otherwise been a rather plain collection with colorful accessories: colorful printed silk scarves, handbags, sun glasses and bright colored gloves.
An interesting trend was pairing jackets with colorful tights. It might look good on the runway but off the ramp, we think your boss or co-workers will wonder if all retail stores sellling pants have closed down. Simply put, it’s most likely not a trend you want to rock at the office.
We loved Carducci’s evening wear/cocktail collection, definitely on point.
